Seth Millican is Executive Director of the Georgia Transportation Alliance, an affiliate of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the state’s first organization focused solely on long-term transportation solutions related to economic development, traffic congestion, safety and our fast-growing logistics industry. In 2010, James Magazine named Millican one of Georgia’s top three young lobbyists.
He began his career as a staff aide for the Georgia House Republican Leadership Office and as a campaign staffer for the Georgia Republican Party. Since that time, he has served as a staff aide in the State Senate, a consultant for various political organizations, and a public affairs consultant for a variety of transportation related clients.
